      <image:title>About - How my journey began</image:title>
<image:caption>My passion for fitness started when I was in college. I’ve experimented with many different workouts including circuit training, CrossFit, dance, strength training, Pilates, barre and more. I love to work out and push myself beyond my goals. In 2018, I decided to get formally trained to be a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). My husband and Dr. of Physical Therapy, Assaf Zoor, coached me through it (his knowledge of the body and how it moves is incredible). Fast forward a year later, I got pregnant! While pregnant with my daughter, I learned how to adapt my workouts and keep myself moving during the entire pregnancy. After giving birth, I continued learning how to modify my workouts and ultimately work my way back to my “normal” intensity pre-pregnancy. Now I get to teach my baby girls (yes, we had another little cutie) the importance of staying active in life. I am here to partner with you, motivate you, push you and help you reach your goals!</image:caption>

      <image:title>You - Focus on you, today</image:title>
<image:caption>I like to think of our bodies as a temple. You have to nourish it by eating healthy and strengthen it (inside and out). Taking care of your body today, you are preparing yourself for a long future ahead. There are many health benefits with staying active, both for today and in the future. Some of these benefits include better sleep quality, reducing blood pressure and risks of dementia, lowering your risk for heart disease, improving bone health and much more. It’s worth it to take care of yourself today! “Health Benefits of Physical Activity for Adults.” Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. March 30, 2021</image:caption>
